We deliver future-ready NBN connections for KDRBs, handling FTTP, FTTN, HFC setups, overhead, underground and complex site access.
Whether your rebuild falls under FTTP (Fibre to the Premises), FTTN (Fibre to the Node), or HFC (Hybrid Fibre Coaxial), we know the ins and outs of each technology and how to prepare your property accordingly.
FTTP: We prep your home for direct fibre connections, including conduit pathways, lead-in cabling, and NTD (Network Termination Device) placements.
FTTN: We ensure copper lines are properly run back to the node, minimising signal loss and preparing for possible upgrades to FTTP in future.
HFC: We manage coaxial cabling and network access, making sure your property has the correct connection points and pathways.
Each technology comes with its own design and installation requirements—and we’re experienced in handling them all.
No two properties are the same. Your location and NBN infrastructure type determine how your connection reaches the property, and we’re across every scenario:
Overhead: We coordinate safe, compliant cabling from the street pole to your new home, including pole-to-pole transitions.
Underground: We work with your builder to trench and lay conduits during construction—avoiding costly rework later.
Road Crossings: If your connection needs to cross a public road or footpath, we manage permits, directional boring, and reinstatement, ensuring everything’s council-approved.
Reticulation & Pit Access: If your property requires access to an existing telecom pit or shared infrastructure, we’ll handle the design and scheduling with NBN and other authorities.
We liaise with NBN Co, local councils, and private developers to ensure your connection gets delivered on time—without delays or surprises.
We work closely with builders, electricians, and project managers throughout your KDR to make sure everything is installed at the right stage. That includes:
- Lead-in conduit placement
- Internal data cabling (CAT6 or higher)
- Wi-Fi access point locations
- Smart home system pre-wiring (cameras, intercoms, alarm, etc.)
- NBN enclosure and hub locations
